Respiratory people, building respiratory technology.
Dosehost was started by people who have worked in home respiratory care and were tired of watching the same problems go unsolved. We pair clinicians and former operators with engineers, and we build in the open with the organizations who will use what we make.
Our mission is to bring home oxygen therapy into the connected era: better outcomes for patients, less burden on the people who care for them, and visibility where today there is none.
Three kinds of experience, one table.
Respiratory clinicians
Clinical judgment from people who have treated patients on home oxygen and seen where therapy falls short.
Device and software engineers
Hardware, firmware, and cloud experience from regulated products, with the discipline the pathway demands.
Former home oxygen operators
First-hand knowledge of deliveries, setups, and the service relationship that keeps patients supported.
A few things we won't bend on.
Evidence before claims
Every number on this site traces to a published study or a named source. If we can't source it, we don't say it.
Safety is the spec
We're building a regulated medical device, and we treat the regulatory pathway as part of the product rather than a hurdle after it.
Built with partners
Practices, providers, and health systems shape the program as it develops. Their constraints are our requirements.
