Privacy policy

Dosehost Inc. is a Canadian medical-device company. This policy explains what information we collect through dosehost.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to contact@dosehost.com.

What you send us. When you use the partner or investor forms, we receive what you type: your name, work email, organization or firm, role, and anything you write in the message fields. The partner form may also include your organization's website, approximate patient numbers, and whether you asked for the evidence brief. The investor form records your confirmation of accredited-investor status.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs that include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We also use privacy-focused web analytics that count page views, referring sites, country, and device type in aggregate. The analytics do not use cookies and do not identify you.

We do not use advertising trackers, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

• To send you materials you asked for, such as the evidence brief, once the steps described on the site are complete.
• To keep a record of who we have spoken with and what was shared.
• To understand how the site is used and keep it working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We write to you only about the request you made.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our email provider. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs and analytics on our behalf. These providers act on our instructions and may process data in the United States. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.

We keep form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about a possible partnership or investment, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up. Server logs are kept briefly by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent for us to contact you. Email contact@dosehost.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Canada you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; if you are elsewhere, your local data protection authority.

• The site is for healthcare organizations and investors. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
• The site links to a few outside pages. Their privacy practices are their own.
• If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
